Diversity statement

Diversity and inclusiveness are more than just words to us. At Fruytier Lawyers in Business, we believe that our long-term value lies partly in the fact that for years we have valued the strength of different views and backgrounds of our staff and that, partly thanks to this diversity, we have been able to fulfill our slogan ‘the courage to do things differently’.

In our decision-making process about many areas, we realise that this attitude matters not only to our people but also to our clients, society, and the economy as a whole.

Diversity is about differences, differences in nationality, language, education, gender and sexual orientation, generation, religious background, and much more. And taking these differences into account in daily practice in such a way that everyone feels valued, has a sense of belonging, and can therefore give the best of themselves is, therefore, part of our mission.

Management strives to maintain and build an inclusive organisation both in the short term and in the long term despite the organisation’s relatively small size, representing a wide range of differences.
